The Semiramis is a contemporary design hotel with a white facade in the residential district of Kifissia, two kilometres from the Gaia Centre. This four storey hotel features 51 air conditioned guestrooms, featuring contemporary decor with bright furnishings by designer Karim Rashid. All offer 25 inch flat screen televisions with cable channels and pay movies, DVD and CD players with cordless headphones, direct dial phones with voicemail, desks with Internet access, safes and minibars. Frosted glass bathrooms have complimentary designer toiletries, telephones and hair dryers.
The Semiramis Restaurant offers Mediterranean and international cuisine and an extensive selection of wines served in a chic, contemporary interior designed by Karim Rashid, with neon lights. There is the option of dining on the outdoor terrace in good weather. Snacks and refreshments are also served in the informal modern setting of the Lobby Bar. The hotel features contemporary works of art, and the heated outdoor pool, situated on a landscaped terrace with sun loungers and parasols, has an organic design. In the evenings the terrace, with its atmospheric lighting, becomes a spot for socialising, or guests can unwind with a drink in the hotel bar. There is a gym with personal trainers and massage and wellness programmes to help guests relax, while other practical amenities include meeting rooms, complimentary wireless Internet access in public areas for guests with laptops, concierge services and underground parking for 40 cars. Local attractions include the Gaia Centre and Goulandris Museum of Natural History two kilometres from the hotel, the Olympic Stadium ten kilometres away and the Acropolis, 27 kilometres distant. Athens Airport is 20 minutes by car, 32 kilometres (20 miles) from the hotel.

From the airport trains run to Kifissia Station, one kilometre from the hotel. The best way to get around Athens is by taxi or on foot.
Driving directions: From the airport follow signs for Athina, take the K2 Exit onto Highway 6. Take Exit 11 for Olympic Stadium, turn right onto Kifissias Avenue, turn right onto Zirini Street, then Kiriazi Street, then Levidu Street. Finally turn right onto Kolokotrani Street and the hotel is on the left.
